Upper Intermediate

What knowledge and experience we expect from our candidate:

  • 2+ years of proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role in IT;

  • strong verbal and written communication skills;

  • excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities;

  • upper Intermediate or higher English level;

  • good analytical and problem-solving skills;

  • good interpersonal and customer care skills;

  • team player, active and goal-oriented, self-motivated, and flexible person.

  • knowledge of IT outsourcing service development;

  • ability to understand technical formulations;

  • understanding of software development services and industries.


  • Managing existing accounts, partners, solving business and technical issues in collaboration with team;

  • building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships;

  • developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders;

  • clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders;

  • working closely with the production team and analyzing current development work in order to improve it;

  • preparing reports on account status;

  • resolving complaints and preventing potential issues;

  • carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews;

  • developing quotes and proposals (for existing customers);

  • taking care of client’s satisfaction;

  • invoicing and tracking of timely payment;

  • engage in consistent, proactive customer calls and meetings to positively impact customer loyalty and revenue growth.
