What knowledge and experience we expect from our candidate:

2+ years of proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role in IT;
-
strong verbal and written communication skills;
-
excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities;

upper Intermediate or higher English level;
-
good analytical and problem-solving skills;
-
good interpersonal and customer care skills;
-
team player, active and goal-oriented, self-motivated, and flexible person.
-
knowledge of IT outsourcing service development;
-
ability to understand technical formulations;
-
understanding of software development services and industries.
Responsibilities:
-
Managing existing accounts, partners, solving business and technical issues in collaboration with team;
-
building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships;
-
developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders;
-
clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders;
-
working closely with the production team and analyzing current development work in order to improve it;
-
preparing reports on account status;
-
resolving complaints and preventing potential issues;
-
carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews;
-
developing quotes and proposals (for existing customers);
-
taking care of client’s satisfaction;
-
invoicing and tracking of timely payment;
-
engage in consistent, proactive customer calls and meetings to positively impact customer loyalty and revenue growth.
